free games

Just like clockwork, Epic Games continues to deliver on their promise of a free game ever two weeks for the entire 2019. You can grab the awesome RiME right now if you haven’t already and the next free game is one to look forward to as well. Epic has revealed that the next free game will be City of Brass, a rogue-lite FPS game from senior BioShock developers now at Uppercut Games.

City of Brass was released in May 2018 and got largely positive reviews. That game looks great if you ask me and sits on a “mostly positive user review rating over on Steam, where you can purchase it for R130. However, you will be able to get it for free starting this Thursday, 30 May 2019. Head on over to this link on 30 May at roughly 20:00 SA time to grab it.

This free offer will be available until 6 June and if you grab City of Brass in time, the game will be yours to keep and play forever. There are, as always, no string attached and all you need is a free Epic Games Store account to take advantage of this freebie. Best of all is that the developers continued to support the game and the latest update just released this month, bringing new gear and more.

Check out a description and trailer for City of Brass below just in case you do need more convincing to grab a free game.

Become a daring thief in City of Brass, a first-person action adventure from senior BioShock developers. Armed with scimitar and a versatile whip, you’ll lash and slash, bait and trap your way to the heart of an opulent, Arabian Nights-themed metropolis – or face certain death as time runs out.

Do you plan on giving City of Brass a shot later this week? Let us know in the comment section below.
