Keya Morgan, the former Stan Lee manager who the deceased legend got a restraining order against before his death, has now been issued with an arrest warrant. It is alleged that the former Stan Lee manager was abusing the Marvel icon and is now being formally charged with multiple counts of elderly abuse.
Keya Morgan first met Stan Lee after his wife passed away in 2017. The two allegedly became close, with Keya Morgan claiming that he was not only his manager, but his caretaker too. However, Stan Lee was granted a three-year restraining order against Keya Morgan before his passing, which banned the former Stan Lee manager from coming within 100 yards of Stan Lee and he was also banned from contacting him in any way. Back then, Keya Morgan denied the allegations and was confident that he would prove his innocence.
I have taken great care of Stan Lee for the past many years, and have never had a problem directly with Stan. I have a fantastic relationship with him for the past many years as he has stated countless times on the record and I literally saved his life once. I will 100% prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that the allegations against me are false.
But now he has been formally charged with multiple counts of elderly abuse, which includes allegations of false imprisonment, embezzlement, theft, forgery, and fraud. A $300,000 arrest warrant was issued for the former Stan Lee manger by the Los Angeles Superior Court.
It’s alleged that Keya Morgan was isolating Stan Lee from his family and friends, forcing him to do work, and was misappropriating funds and assets belonging to Stan Lee.
It is unclear at this point whether Keya Morgan has turned himself in or whether he has been arrested.
