According to a Turkish publisher, the Cyberpunk 2077 release date is sooner than we think. Bilkom, the “Digital Life Coach of Turkey” is the official distributor for Cyberpunk 2077 in that country.
Bilkom already distributes all the Witcher games for CD Projekt Red, so we can assume that they will also distribute Cyberpunk 2077. Yesterday, Bilkom announced via a Tweet (since removed), that the Cyberpunk 2077 release date would fall in 2019.
VG24/7 Turkey grabbed a screenshot of the tweet before Bilkom removed it. According to the translation, they received the news in “the form of a statement” from CD Projekt Red. When it comes to the Cyberpunk 2077 release date, CDPR has been very tight-lipped. The only statement they released about it so far is that they will release the game “when it’s done.” However, previous rumours also pointed to a 2019 release date.
Bilkom and Warner Bos. formed a partnership in 2016 to extend the company’s footprint in the gaming market.
