From Software’s latest game, Déraciné, released earlier this week exclusively for the PlayStation VR. In just a few days, Déraciné might have brought Soulsborne fans a lot of joy, even though they might not have played it yet or even own a PS VR. Déraciné holds an Easter Egg that not only points towards Bloodborne but to Bloodborne 2 as well.

First found by YouTuber Amazing Komaru and reported by Fextralife, the Easter Egg found should give Bloodborne 2 hopefuls some nerd chills. You see, there is a doll you can find in the game that poses in the “Make Contact” gesture in Bloodborne. When inspected, the doll’s description reads:
A doll of the stone girl Fiona who appears in the unfinished tale. When a person has a bad dream, Fiona appears and helps them flee.
The fact that the doll is in the “Make Contact” pose could very well indicate making contact with the fans. Then, there’s also “bad dream” thrown into the mix which probably points towards the Hunters Dream in Bloodborne. The biggest thing that is convincing a lot of fans, however, is that Fiona appears in the “unfinished tale”, signifying that Bloodborne 2 could be in the works.

Keep in mind that From Software’s Hidetaka Miyazaki directed both Bloodborne and Déraciné, and if you have ever played one of his games, you will know how he loves to torture gamers. Maybe this time, through hints in Déraciné instead of brutal difficulty.
There are even more clues pointing towards Bloodborne 2, the unfinished tale. Some ResetEra members have found additional clues, from a statue in the game that has the description:
A statue of a seafaring sage that appears in an unfinished tale. It is said to appear in bad dreams, to watch over those who attempt to leave.
Then, there’s also a book you can find in Déraciné entitled “Blood & Bones” and it uses the Bloodborne font.
