TI 2019 Battle Pass – We Open Several Immortal Treasures

Immortal Treasures

Valve unleashed The International 2019’s Battle Pass earlier this week and since then, Dota 2 fans have been throwing their money at the developer. In fact, the prize pool (with only 25% of purchases attributing to the prize pool) has already reached $9 million. It is incredible growth and to think that the prize pool can grow until 25 August is mind-blowing. One of the main reasons people keep buying more levels is for those Immortal Treasures and other cosmetic items or bonuses in the Battle Pass.

You do need a lot of luck to get those rare items in the Immortal Treasures and right now, only Immortal Treasure I has been released. With a level 100 Battle Pass, you get a total of six Immortal Treasures to open right away and the next Immortal Treasure I is received at level 140. For those who love seeing those shiny cosmetic items, we’ve got you covered in the video below. Check out if I got lucky with some tasty rares and how the items in the first of the Immortal Treasures for 2019 look like.

As you can see, GabeN did not smile on me but still, the items in the first of the Immortal Treasures do look great. You get an Immortal Treasure I on level 1, 10, 22, 34, 46, 80, 140, 220, then every 30 levels thereafter.

There are some very cool rare items and the treasure does feature escalating odds. These cosmetic items are for heroes like Lifestealer, Earthshaker, Drow, Skywarth Mage and then there’s also the “cosmically rare” Overgrown Emblem which only a few players in Dota 2 will probably be lucky enough to get.

There is no doubt that the quality of the Immortal items is exceptional. They are, in my opinion, better than the last two years but some might disagree. Valve will continue to update the Battle Pass with more features including the new custom game and definitely two more Immortal Treasure variants.

If the last few years are anything to go by, we will see a massive spike in the prize pool every time Valve releases a new treasure and with the way things are going right now, that magical $30 million number could very well happen.

What do you think about the Immortal Treasure I in this year’s Battle Pass and which item do you want to get the most? Let us know in the comment section below and don’t forget to also check out our video where we open a Level 100 The International 2019 Battle Pass with all those cool items, effects and Rylia’s Blessing spins.
